Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of placing your order if I have not yet received your horsehair. Once I have received your horsehair you are no long eligible for a refund.

Gift certificates are not eligible for a refund once purchased.

Logo keychains are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

If you are not happy with your custom keepsake for any reason please email me to discuss how we can make it right. I am not able to issue full refunds or replacements on finished custom keepsakes.

The responsibility for correctly measuring a wrist or hat for a custom bracelet or hat band falls on the customer. However, if you find that your hat band or bracelet does not fit properly I will be happy to work with you to make it right so please send me an email. I am not able to issue full refunds or replacements on finished custom keepsakes.

If a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
